Marisa Perring, AIFD, CFD
After attending and graduating from Phil Rulloda’s Southern California School of Floral Design, Marisa was hired on staff as an entry level designer at the flower shop he owns with his wife at Avante Gardens in 2001.
During this time, Marisa has competed in State and National competitions, inducted into the American Institute of Floral Design, published in national floral magazines flowers and was a contestant on a TV reality show based on young and upcoming floral designers called “Making it Big”.
Going on her 10th year as a professional floral designer, last year, Marisa pursued her business, emporaflora and opened her floral studio located in Brea, Ca.
As she begins this new journey, Marisa hopes to educate and inspire florists and our consumers with the true artistry we hold in floral design.
