Southwestern College Floral Design Classes ~ Fall 2016
LNT 138 / 140 – Floral Design 1 & 2 Course Description: Theory, techniques, and skills practiced in the floral design industry. Instruction in basic and advanced design principles, cut flower preparation and care, merchandising and packaging. Instruction on the creation of basic and advanced floral arrangements. The course utilizes the floral design lab room, tools and floral coolers. Every week you may take home the arrangement you made. Fees: In addition to standard tuition, Floral Design 1 has a $30 materials fee. Floral Design 2 has a $50 materials fee. Class: 08/22/2016-12/09/2016, Tuesdays & Thursdays 08:35AM – 11:15, Room 1801.
